╚▷15 (May) – Last day for applications. Applications after this date will be put on the waiting list. You will receive the hunt signs when your shop is accepted for this hunt. Please put the sign up as soon as you receive it. The sign will contain all information for the hunters, like the start points and a group inviter for the hunters. Do NOT change the contents of the sign!
╚▷16(May) A note card will go out to those accepted into the hunt and a list will be posted on the hunt blog. If for some reason you didn't make it in there is always next time and thank you for understanding.
╚▷A list of approved Vendors will be placed on the blog asap if your not sure you made it into the hunt please check there. If you didn't make it into the hunt there is always next time no hard feelings.
IMPORTANT: I will go through the applications as they come in I will not send out welcome kits right away please be patient.
╚▷20 (May)- All final hunt signs must be in place by this date. Stores will be dropped from the hunt if the final signs are not up by this date!
You must also be in the ..::P&T::.. Hunt Group by now or will be dropped.

╚▷26(May) - Return the hint note card that is included in your folder. I still need the hint card back, so I will know to add to the website that your store has a hint giver. (DROP IT IN ORANGE MAILBOX�� )
╚▷27-28 (May)– Hunt prim & Landmark Walk through. Have your hunt item NEXT to your hunt sign and for sale. Your hunt gift does NOT need to be in it yet. DON'T hide the hunt prim in your store yet. This walk through is to ensure that the hunt items are set properly for sale and that all the landmarks still work. Stores will be dropped from the hunt if they do not participate in the walk through or when signs are not up by this date. If you do not have these things ready by now you risk being dropped from the hunt.
(if there is some reason you cant be ready contact me by note card in the hunt mail box�� (ASAP or risk being dropped)
╚▷31(May)- Load your prize and hide your item TODAY. Make sure that your item is set to sell contents for L$.
╚▷1st (June)- Hunt Kicks off at 12:00 AM SLT
╚▷30st (June) – Hunt Ends at 12:00 AM (so leave your hunt item out on this day!
By following this time line we are guaranteed to have a great start to the hunt!

●When you are accepted into the hunt I will IM you personally welcoming you, I will send you your welcome kit and a group invite. I will also send them though a kiosk to hold till you do come online.
●All hunt information will be sent out though the Hunt Group &kiosk after the welcome, if at any point you feel you have missed something it is YOUR job to check notices for past messages before contacting me. I do not know if you got something or not... sorry Im not a mind reader :)

● You must join the ..::P&T::.. Hunt Group.(NO IFS AND/OR BUTS ABOUT IT.) All info will go through the group not to the individuals. (You can join the group yourself if you missed the invite and we will give you the correct tag.) I send out a group invite once when I send out the welcome kits its your job to join the group on your own if sl eats it when your offline (group is in my profile or at my store)
● Your Gift must be boxed. The only thing we should see in the hunt item is your BOXED gift and the LM to the next 2 locations.
● Hunt item is not to be hidden inside another object (like walls,signs any where a new person to sl can cam in case they haven't learned the art of caming)
● Decoys! that is a big issue. Your limit is 5 (including your hunt item). This also includes parts of your store like walls, beams, windows etc.
● You can only make the hunt item bigger. You may not make it smaller then what it is when given to you. NO changing the hunt item Color.
● Please note being in a past hunt does not guarantee you a spot in the next one please accept that and no hard feelings.
●All Hunt gifts in P&T Hunts are for Male & Female or Unisex unless other wise started
●After final walk though you are allowed to change the name of your hunt prim by using ( / , . - ) spaces just keep the store number and hunt initials in there some how (example F/L.H, 3 0 ) You can even take out the # symbol .
If you do not follow these Rules you will be dropped. We have covered all problems that we have had in the past in this note card. More may be added at a later date.

In order to keep hunters from going crazy with getting to many notices I turn off notices till the time a hunt is going and then turn them off at the end of a hunt.
All vendors will be given notice rights the day the hunt starts.
Vendors may post once a day about events happening in their store.

* WE WILL NOT HUNT/TRACK YOU DOWN, IF WE TP TO YOUR AREA AND YOUR GONE, YOU WILL BE DROPPED, WE WILL NO LONGER SPEND ALL OUR TIME LOOKING FOR YOU. IF YOU MOVE PLEASE SEND A NOTE CARD WITH UPDATED INFO. (DON'T JUST SEND A LM).

When you get your hunt prim You must set it for sale
1- check the for sale box
2-cost is 1L (or what ever it may be)
3- sell contents (not copy not original)
4- click Apply (very important cause im new to firestorm and I miss it some times lol)
